Refund & Return Policy
At Moringa Magic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day return policy for eligible items. Below are the details regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order:
- Open a support ticket with ClickBank by visiting ClickBank Customer Support.
- Enter your order details.
- Follow the prompts to request a cancellation.
- If your order has not yet shipped, ClickBank will process a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process below.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
If you received a product that is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, please follow these steps:
- Open a support ticket with ClickBank by visiting ClickBank Customer Support.
- Enter your order details.
- Provide a brief description of the issue along with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
- ClickBank will provide return instructions.
- A prepaid return label will be issued for defective or incorrect items, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Returns Due to Customer Preference (“Customer Remorse”)
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, you may return unopened/sealed bottles within 60 days of purchase:
- You must return all unopened bottles in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for these types of returns.
- Do not use “Return to Sender/Refused” shipments, as they may not be returned properly.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to Return Your Product
Please include your full name, email address, and mailing address inside the return package so we can correctly match the return to your account. Alternatively, you may print and include your email invoice.
